Teresa has been our travel agent for 15 years. For the last 10 years she has booked numerous trips for us to Florida and return. She is always prompt getting back to us, even on weekends. On a recent trip to Disney the plane was delayed in Orlando; a quick message to Teresa and the 6 of us were changed to a later flight in Toronto so we could still get home on the same day. I know if she has booked something for me that I don't have to stress about a thing. I know that we will just be able to enjoy our visit knowing everything has been professionally taken care of.
